Lucerne Festival
Participant in the Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra in August and September of 2022 and 2023 held in Lucerne, Switzerland.

I hadn't ever heard of summer festivals beyond surface-level awareness that some kind of music happened in Aspen every summer. I auditioned for and was accepted into the Lucerne Festival Contemporary Orchestra and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The ensemble was excellent, the location was excellent, and the people were excellent. It has been the absolute highlight of my last couple years!

This was my first studio session when I was still an undergraduate. I laid down some tracks for South Carolina-based the rock band the Artisanals on their debut album.
March
While on tour in Japan with the show Blast! I and the rest of the trombonists recorded this original composition written by my buddy Hiro on trumpet. In the background you see the Tokyu Orb Theatre in Tokyo, we recorded this in between performances during our 3 week residency there.
